1) What is DigiSkills?
  • DigiSkills is an online learning program that teaches computer, digital, and job skills.
  • It’s made for people with developmental disabilities, and for staff who support them.
2) Agreeing to the Rules
  • When you use DigiSkills, you agree to follow these rules.
  • If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
3) Accounts and Passwords
  • Your agency manages who gets an account.
  • Keep your username and password private.
  • If someone uses DigiSkills the wrong way, we may pause or stop their account to keep everyone safe.
4) Accessibility
  • DigiSkills is built to be easy to use for everyone.
  • Features include: screen reader support, keyboard navigation, captions, clear buttons, and simple pages.
  • Need help with accessibility? Email support@digiskillstraining.com and we’ll work with you to fix it.
5) Your Privacy and Data
  • We only collect what we need to run the program: your name, email, your lessons and quiz progress, and basic usage info.
  • We keep your information safe.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • Sometimes we use combined, non-identifying data (like totals) to improve the program.
6) Who Owns the Content
  • All lessons, videos, and materials belong to DigiSkills LLC.
  • Your agency can use them while subscribed.
  • Please don’t copy, share, or sell our materials without written permission.
7) Certificates of Completion
  • When you finish a module, you get a digital certificate you can print or share.
  • These show your learning progress, but they are not a professional license or college credit.
8) Using DigiSkills the Right Way (Acceptable Use)

Please:

  • Use DigiSkills for learning.
  • Be respectful to learners and staff.
  • Don’t upload or share anything harmful, offensive, or private/confidential.
  • Breaking these rules can lead to your account being paused or closed.
9) Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations (Agencies)
  • Agencies pay for a plan to use DigiSkills.
  • Access starts after payment is received and accounts are set up.
  • Payments are not refundable once access is granted.
  • To cancel, the agency must email us at least 30 days before the next billing date.
10) Service Availability and Support
  • We work hard to keep DigiSkills running smoothly.
  • Sometimes we do scheduled maintenance or updates; we’ll let you know ahead of time when possible.
  • Need help? Email support@digiskillstraining.com or contact your account representative.
11) Limitation of Liability (What We’re Not Responsible For)
  • Sometimes the internet or other systems have problems. We can’t control that.
  • We’re not responsible for data lost because of user actions or other companies’ systems.
  • Agencies make their own decisions based on reports; DigiSkills isn’t responsible for those decisions.

12) Our Relationship with Onebridge Center
  • DigiSkills LLC is its own company.
  • We work alongside Onebridge Center and share the same mission, but Onebridge does not own or control DigiSkills.
  • We may partner on projects to better serve learners and agencies.

13) Changes to These Rules
  • We sometimes update these rules to improve the program or follow new laws.
  • When we do, we’ll update the date at the top.
  • If you keep using DigiSkills after changes, that means you accept the new version.
